You can order a repeat prescription in writing to the Surgery using your repeat slip, you can request your repeat medication online via Patient Access - please follow the link to register: https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/Register or you can email us at cwicb.csreception@nhs.net

Please allow at least 48 working hours after submitting your request before collecting your prescription from the Surgery or your chosen Pharmacy.

Please be aware that you can set up for your prescriptions to be sent electronically to a Pharmacy of your choice, this will mean that you will not need to collect a paper prescription from the Surgery Reception - if this is of interest to you please contact your local Pharmacy for further details..
